Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Bavian has no commitment period and no notice period. You're only bound for the period you've already paid for: a month if you pay monthly, a year if you pay yearly. Until you cancel, the subscription renews automatically.

Cancel your subscription

1. In Bavian, open the Account page.
2. In the Managed ad accounts card, click Cancel subscription.
3. Confirm with Cancel subscription in the dialog.

Only the owner can cancel, the person marked Owner under Team on the Account page.

What happens next

Bavian keeps managing your account until the end of the period you've paid for, and the card shows the date your subscription ends. Until then, Resume subscription undoes the cancellation. There's no refund for the rest of the period.

When the period ends, Bavian stops managing your account, but it doesn't pause anything. Your campaigns keep running in Google Ads, and Google keeps charging for them, so pause them there if you want your ads to stop. Your Google Ads account and its campaigns stay yours.

Good to know

• Stop managing on the Account page stops Bavian's work on one account, but it doesn't end your subscription or change what you pay.
• You can remove an extra account once you've stopped managing one of your ad accounts. The price drops from your next invoice, and nothing is refunded.
