Answers and guides for getting the most out of Bavian.

• Are there setup fees or other costs besides the Bavian subscription?

  No. There's no setup fee and no other Bavian charge besides the subscription and any extra managed ad accounts. Google bills your ad spend directly.

• Can Bavian clean up my old Google Ads and Merchant Center setup before it starts?

  Not before it starts, because Bavian changes nothing until you turn on Autopilot. From then on, it fixes what's inside Google Ads as it manages the account. Your feed and tracking code stay yours to fix.

• Can Bavian increase my advertising budget automatically?

  No. Bavian never raises your total daily budget on its own. It can suggest a higher total, but only the owner can approve it.

• Can Bavian manage two businesses in one Google Ads account separately?

  No. A Google Ads account can be in one Bavian project only, and Bavian manages everything in it as one business. Give each business its own Google Ads account.

• Can Bavian move budget between Search and Performance Max campaigns?

  Yes. Bavian divides your total daily budget across all the campaigns it manages, Search, Performance Max, Shopping and the rest, and moves money to where it brings results.

• Can Bavian replace my Google Ads agency or consultant?

  For the day-to-day running of Google Ads, yes: budgets, bidding, keywords, ads and reports. Not for landing pages, making image or video ads, or other channels.

• Can Bavian run my Google Ads in several countries and languages?

  Yes, for one website. You can target several countries and languages, but Bavian writes your ads in one language. For a campaign in another language, ask in the chat.

• Can I book a call before I connect my Google Ads account?

  Yes. You can book a free 15-minute call about Bavian on bavian.com, without an account. You can also see Bavian on your own account for free.

• Can I cancel at any time?

  Yes. There's no commitment beyond the month or year you've already paid for. If you cancel, Bavian keeps managing your account until that period ends, and the subscription doesn't renew.

• Can I connect just one of the Google Ads accounts my login can access?

  Yes. You choose one account when you connect, and Bavian only works in that one. Each Bavian project holds one Google Ads account.

• Can I focus my Shopping ads on products from a specific warehouse or market?

  Partly. Bavian has no warehouse setting, but you can choose which feeds its Shopping campaigns use and keep products out in Merchant Center.

• Can I get a refund from Bavian?

  No. Bavian doesn't offer refunds. You pay for each month or year in advance, and if you cancel, Bavian keeps managing your account until the period you've paid for ends.

• Can I get an email when a change is waiting for my approval?

  Not yet. Bavian doesn't email you about changes that wait for your approval, so log in to Bavian and check the Agent page.

• Can I keep my current Google Ads spend when I start Autopilot?

  Your total daily budget starts at what your running campaigns' budgets add up to today. It's a cap, not your spend, so to keep today's spend, set the total to what you actually spend.

• Can I make changes directly in Google Ads while Bavian manages the account?

  Yes. Bavian reads your Google Ads change history every day and keeps most changes people make by hand. Changes from scripts and other tools are a different matter.

• Can I pay for Bavian by bank transfer or invoice instead of card?

  No. Bavian is paid by card in a secure checkout. You still get an invoice for every payment, which you can download or have emailed.

• Can I prevent Bavian from changing specific campaigns?

  Not completely, because Bavian manages every campaign that runs. But you can decide a campaign's on/off, budget, bidding goal and places yourself, and your choice stands.

• Can I set a maximum cost per click?

  Not in Bavian. You can set a goal such as a cost per conversion on the Bidding page, or put a max CPC limit on a campaign's bid strategy in Google Ads.

• Can I start Autopilot on a few selected campaigns first?

  No. Bavian takes over every campaign it can manage. But you can ask the start plan to keep campaigns paused, use a lower total, and decide single campaigns yourself after the start.

• Can I start with Bavian if I have never run Google Ads before?

  Yes. You create a Google Ads account in Google and add your billing details, and Bavian builds your first campaigns for you.
