Can Bavian create Google Local Services Ads?

No. Local Services Ads are a separate Google product for local service businesses, where Google verifies your business and you pay per lead. They're set up in Google's Local Services Ads program, not in Google Ads campaigns, so Bavian can't build them.

If you already run them

Bavian sees a Local Services campaign in your account and can switch it on or off, in the chat on the Agent page or on the Campaigns page. It doesn't change its budget, which stays the weekly budget you set in Local Services Ads, and it doesn't count that budget in your total daily budget, the cap you set in Bavian for what all campaign budgets add up to.
