Can Bavian increase my advertising budget automatically?

No. Bavian never raises your total daily budget on its own. When more budget would pay off, it may suggest a higher total on the Agent page in Bavian, and only the owner can approve it. It asks before lowering your total too.

Within your total, Bavian moves money between your campaigns, so one campaign's budget can go up while others go down. The budgets it sets, together with any you've set yourself, add up to your total.

What does raise your total

• Someone on your team changes it on the Budget page.
• Someone switches on a campaign on the Campaigns page or in Google Ads. Your total goes up by that campaign's daily budget.
• Someone raises a campaign's budget by hand in Google Ads. Your total goes up by the difference.

The last two can raise your total by at most half of it in a day. Scripts, automated rules and other tools never raise it.

Why one day can cost more

Google decides how fast a campaign spends, and on a busy day it can spend up to twice the campaign's daily budget. Over a calendar month, it won't charge a campaign more than 30.4 times its average daily budget. See How does Bavian’s budget limit work?
