Bavian

Can Bavian manage two businesses in one Google Ads account separately?

Updated 19 October 2026

No. A Google Ads account can be in one Bavian project only, and a project is one business, with one website, one set of business details and one total daily budget. There's no way to limit Bavian to part of an account.

If two businesses share one Google Ads account, Bavian manages all the campaigns in it once Autopilot is on, including the other business's. They're paid from your one total daily budget, and the ads Bavian writes for them use your business details.

Give each business its own account

  1. In Google Ads, create an account for the second business. Both accounts can sit under the same manager account.
  2. Copy its campaigns there, for example with Google Ads Editor, and remove them from the shared account. Their history stays in the old account.
  3. In Bavian, signed in as the owner, click the name of the current project in the menu, choose Create new project, enter the second business's website and connect the new account.

If you can, do this before you turn on Autopilot for the shared account. Otherwise Bavian takes over the other business's campaigns first, so lower your total daily budget on the Budget page after the move.

Good to know

  • Two brands on one website count as one business. Describe both on the Context page.
  • Your subscription includes three managed ad accounts, and each one after that costs $50 a month. To run several projects from one login, see How to use Bavian as an agency.
