• How do I change my total ad budget in Bavian?

  You set one total daily budget, and Bavian spreads it over your campaigns. You change it on the Budget page.

• How do I change the countries my ads target?

  You choose where your ads show on the Locations & languages page, for all campaigns at once or one campaign at a time. Changes are sent to Google Ads right away.

• How do I connect my Google Ads account to Bavian?

  Bavian works directly in your own Google Ads account. You connect it once, with the Google login you use for Google Ads.

• How do I connect my Merchant Center account to Bavian?

  If you run an online store, Bavian needs your Merchant Center to run Shopping ads. You connect it during setup, and it has to be linked to your Google Ads account.

• How do I fix conversion tracking issues detected by Bavian?

  Bavian shows tracking issues next to Account on the Agent page. Let Bavian fix what it can, and follow its steps in Google Ads or on your site for the rest.

• How do I give Bavian instructions or set performance goals?

  Set goals such as a cost per conversion on the Bidding page, and give Bavian rules and preferences in Memory or in the chat on the Agent page.

• How do I start or pause a campaign in Bavian?

  You start and pause campaigns on the Campaigns page. Pausing doesn't change your total daily budget, and switching a campaign on usually raises it by the campaign's budget.

• How do I switch back from Bavian CSS to Google Shopping?

  There's no button for it in Bavian. Contact us, and Bavian starts the switch with Google. A Merchant Center admin approves it, and your ads keep running meanwhile.

• How do I target a city or specific geographic radius?

  On the Locations & languages page, add the city, postcode or address and set the radius around it, from 1 to 100 km. Remove the country if ads should only show there.

• How does Bavian decide which search terms are wasted spend?

  Every day, Bavian looks at the last 30 days of searches. A search that costs money without bringing results, or clearly doesn't fit your business, can be blocked on the campaign that showed it.

• How does Bavian’s budget limit work?

  Your total daily budget is the limit for the daily budgets Bavian sets on your campaigns. Here's what counts towards it, and why a single day can still cost more.

• How long does a suggestion wait for my approval?

  10 days. A change that waits for your yes on the Agent page is dropped if nobody answers it within 10 days, and Bavian suggests it again if it still makes sense.

• How long does it take before Bavian starts making changes?

  Bavian changes nothing until you turn on Autopilot. Then it carries out its start plan within minutes, and its first daily run usually starts within 20 minutes.

• How much does Bavian cost?

  Bavian's Autopilot subscription costs $150 a month, or $1,500 a year if you pay yearly. It covers three Google Ads accounts, and the analysis before you start is free.

  Download past invoices from your Account page, or have every invoice emailed to you or your bookkeeper as a PDF when it's paid.

• How to use Bavian as an agency

  Manage your clients' Google Ads from one Bavian login. Connect each client's account through your agency's manager account (MCC), or with access the client gives you directly.

• I raised my total daily budget. Why aren't my campaigns spending it?

  Bavian places a higher total on your campaigns in its next daily run. Your total is also a cap, not a promise of spend.

• Is Bavian a good fit for B2B companies?

  Yes, if your buyers search for what you offer on Google and your leads are tracked as conversions in Google Ads. Bavian manages Google Ads only, so not LinkedIn or Microsoft Ads.

• Is Bavian worth it for small Google Ads accounts with low budgets?

  It can be, but Bavian's price is fixed at $150 a month, so the smaller your ad spend, the bigger the fee is beside it. Autopilot starts at $7 a day.
