Can I switch my Bavian subscription from monthly to yearly?

Yes. Yearly billing costs $1,500 a year instead of $150 a month. That works out at $125 a month, so you get two months free. Extra managed ad accounts cost $500 a year instead of $50 a month. All prices exclude VAT.

Switch to yearly billing

1. In Bavian, open the Account page.
2. In the Managed ad accounts card, click Switch to yearly.
3. Confirm with Switch to yearly in the dialog.

Only the owner can switch, the person marked Owner under Team on the Account page. The button only shows while you're billed monthly.

What happens when you switch

• You're charged for the year ahead straight away, less credit for the rest of the current month.
• Your managed ad accounts stay the same, and any extra accounts switch to yearly billing too.
• You can't switch back to monthly in Bavian, so contact us if you ever need to.

The whole year is charged at once, so make sure your card can take the payment. If it doesn't go through, the Account page shows it, and Bavian does nothing on your accounts until the payment goes through. The owner can then update the card under Change payment & VAT, or pay the open invoice under Previous invoices.
