Do I keep my own Merchant Center feed, rules and history with Bavian CSS?

Yes. When you move to Bavian's CSS, Google keeps the same Merchant Center account and changes which comparison shopping service (CSS) it belongs to. These stay as they are:

• your feeds and data sources, and their feed rules;
• your products and their history;
• your Google Ads account, its campaigns and their history;
• the users and admins of your Merchant Center account.

If a multi-client account holds yours

If your Merchant Center account sits in a multi-client account (in Merchant Center, an advanced account), your own or another company's, the move can take your account out of it, and its users can lose access to yours. Talk to whoever runs it before an admin approves the move.
