Does Bavian work with Smart Bidding strategies like target CPA and Maximize Conversions?

Yes. Bavian works with the bidding strategy each campaign uses, including Maximize conversions, Target CPA, Maximize conversion value and Target ROAS.

Campaigns Bavian takes over

They keep their type of bidding strategy. Where a campaign bids for conversions or conversion value, Bavian can set, change or remove its target, in steps and based on what the campaign has achieved. Removing a target waits for your yes.

The one exception is your Search brand campaign, which Bavian may move to Target impression share. Shared bid strategies (portfolio strategies) are left as you set them.

Campaigns Bavian builds

Search campaigns Bavian builds usually start on Maximize clicks. Once a campaign has enough conversions and your tracking is reliable, Bavian moves it to Maximize conversions for good.

Set your own goal

To set the goal yourself, open the Bidding page in Bavian, choose The same goal everywhere or Different per campaign, pick a goal and click Save. Your choice holds until you choose Bavian decides again. A bid strategy you set yourself in Google Ads after the start is kept too.
