How do I switch back from Bavian CSS to Google Shopping?

There's no button in Bavian for moving your Shopping ads back to Google Shopping. Only the CSS you're with can start that move, so contact us, and we'll start it with Google.
Switch back
- Contact us and say you want to move back to Google Shopping.
- Bavian starts the switch with Google.
- Google emails the admins of your Merchant Center account, and one of them approves it in Merchant Center.
- After a grace period, the Shopping page shows No CSS partner, and your ads say "By Google" again.
Your ads keep running through Bavian's CSS until the switch is done. Until then, a Merchant Center admin can still decline it.
Good to know
- Cancelling your Bavian subscription doesn't move you back. Your Merchant Center account stays with Bavian's CSS until you ask to move.
- Your feed, products, campaigns and Google Ads account stay as they are.
- Back on Google Shopping, Google again keeps a share of every bid in the EEA.
- To move to another CSS instead, ask that CSS to start the switch.
