Where can I see my results, ad spend and reports?

You find your results on the Insights page in Bavian. The chart and figures at the top cover your whole Google Ads account, including any campaigns Bavian doesn't manage, and they're at most an hour behind Google Ads.

The figures

At the top of Insights you see Spend, Per click, Clicks, Impressions, CTR, Conversions and All conv., for the period you pick in the date menu. Conversions counts only the conversion actions set as primary in Google Ads, while All conv. counts every conversion action.

Spend is what Google charges for your ads. Bavian's own fee isn't in it, and Google's invoice can differ slightly, for example because of credits. Google's invoices are in Google Ads under Billing, then Documents.

Bavian's reports

Under the chart, the Activity feed shows what Bavian has done since you turned on Autopilot: a short note each day for the first five days, then one every Monday, and a Monthly report at the start of each month. Before you start, the same place shows your Initial analysis.

• Campaigns shows each campaign's daily budget, and its spend, clicks and conversions for the period you picked. Before you start, choose Unmanaged in the menu above the list to see your campaigns.
• Keywords and Search terms go deeper, and both let you download the list with Download CSV.

When the numbers don't match Google Ads

• Bavian's ready-made periods, such as Last 7 days, include today, while Google's "Last 7 days" doesn't. To match an invoice, choose its calendar month as your own range.
• Removed campaigns don't count in Bavian.
• Google can add late conversions and corrections to past days. The numbers in Bavian's notes and reports stay as they were when written.
