Can I get a refund from Bavian?

No. Bavian doesn't offer refunds. You pay for each month, or each year if you pay yearly, in advance, and that payment isn't refunded, even if you cancel during the period.

When you cancel, Bavian keeps managing your account until the end of the period you've paid for, so you get the time you've paid for. The subscription then doesn't renew. See Can I cancel at any time?

Good to know

• To avoid paying for another period, cancel before your subscription renews. Only the owner can cancel, with Cancel subscription on the Account page in Bavian.
• If you remove an extra managed ad account, the price drops from your next invoice. Nothing is refunded for the current period.
• If you switch from monthly to yearly billing, the unused part of your current month is credited towards the year.
