How do I add more Google Ads accounts to Bavian?
Updated 20 October 2026
Create a new project for each one. In Bavian, a project is one website with its own Google Ads account, and you can have several projects under the same login.
Add another Google Ads account
- Signed in as the owner, the person marked Owner under Team on the Account page, click the name of the current project in the menu, and choose Create new project.
- Enter the website the account advertises.
- On Connect your Google Ads account, click Connect and sign in with the Google login that has access to the account.
- If Bavian asks, choose the account under Choose the Google Ads account to manage.
- Go through the remaining setup steps.
Adding a project is free, and Bavian changes nothing in the account until you turn on Autopilot for it.
When you need more than three
Your Autopilot subscription includes three managed ad accounts, meaning Google Ads accounts that Bavian manages with Autopilot on. A project only takes one of them once Autopilot is on for it. Each account after the first three costs $50 a month, or $500 a year.
When all of them are in use, the Start Autopilot box of another project shows Your managed ad accounts are all in use. The owner ticks the box to add a managed ad account to the subscription and clicks Turn on Autopilot, and it's charged the same day for the rest of the billing period. Only the owner can add one.
Good to know
- A Google Ads account can be in one project only. If another project already has it, the list shows it as Already managed by another project.
- To free up a managed ad account, the owner clicks Stop managing next to it under Managed ad accounts on the Account page. Its campaigns keep running as they are.
