Bavian

How much does Bavian cost?

Updated 20 October 2026

Bavian's initial analysis of your Google Ads account and the start plan are free. You only pay when you turn on Autopilot, the service in which Bavian manages your account every day.

Prices

  • Autopilot costs $150 a month, or $1,500 a year if you pay yearly. That works out at $125 a month, so you get two months free.
  • It includes three managed ad accounts, meaning three Google Ads accounts that Bavian manages, across all the projects in your Bavian account.
  • Each account after that costs $50 a month, or $500 a year if you pay yearly.

All prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT. Any VAT is calculated automatically and added on top at checkout.

The price doesn't depend on how much you spend on ads. Google bills your ad spend directly, as before, and Bavian never takes a share of it. Bavian's CSS for Shopping ads is included in the Autopilot subscription at no extra cost, where Google offers CSS, which is in the EEA, Switzerland and the UK.

How you pay

The owner pays in a secure checkout after clicking Turn on Autopilot on the Insights page in Bavian. The owner is the person marked Owner under Team on the Account page, and only they can pay or change billing.

For each account after the first three, the owner ticks the box to add a managed ad account when turning on Autopilot for it. It's charged the same day for the rest of the billing period.

Switch to yearly billing

  1. In Bavian, open the Account page.
  2. In the Managed ad accounts card, click Switch to yearly and confirm.

You're charged for the year ahead straight away, less credit for the rest of the current month, and any extra accounts switch to yearly billing too. You can't switch back to monthly in Bavian, so contact us if you ever need to.
