Does my Bavian subscription renew automatically?

Yes. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period: every month if you pay monthly, or every year if you pay yearly. The renewal is charged to the payment method on file, and Bavian keeps managing your account without a break.

Stop the next renewal

To stop your subscription from renewing, the owner cancels it before the period ends:

1. In Bavian, open the Account page.
2. In the Managed ad accounts card, click Cancel subscription.
3. Confirm with Cancel subscription in the dialog.

Bavian keeps managing your account until the end of the period you've paid for, and the card shows the date your subscription ends. Until then, Resume subscription undoes the cancellation. See Can I cancel at any time? for what happens after that.

Good to know

• Only the owner can cancel or change billing. That's the person marked Owner under Team on the Account page.
• The owner finds your invoices under Previous invoices on the Account page. To get each invoice by email when it's paid, switch on Email invoices in the Invoice emails card.
• If a renewal payment fails, your campaigns keep running, but Bavian does nothing until the payment goes through. The owner can update the payment method under Change payment & VAT, or pay the open invoice under Previous invoices.
