What happens to my campaigns if I disconnect Bavian?

Your campaigns keep running in Google Ads as Bavian left them, and your account, history and billing stay yours. Only the owner can disconnect, with Disconnect on the Connections page in Bavian.

What disconnecting does

• Bavian loses access to the Google Ads account and stops managing it.
• The Shopping campaigns Bavian built are removed from Google Ads for good. All your other campaigns keep running and spending.
• Most of Bavian's data for that account is deleted, so if you reconnect later, you set it up again.
• Your subscription isn't cancelled. See Can I cancel at any time?

If you only want Bavian to stop

Stop managing on the Account page in Bavian stops Bavian's work without removing anything. Your campaigns keep running exactly as they are.

Good to know

• Before Bavian took over a campaign, it saved the campaign's settings. Email support@bavian.com before you disconnect if you want a campaign's earlier settings put back.
• Disconnecting doesn't move your Merchant Center away from Bavian's CSS. See How do I switch back from Bavian CSS to Google Shopping?
