Your clients are asking for Google Ads. Here's how your agency says yes with Bavian.

Torbjørn Flensted · 4 November 2026, 21:30 CET

Your clients already ask about Google Ads, and most agencies say no because running it well is a daily job. Bavian is a frontier AI agent that runs each client's Google Ads account on autopilot, 24/7, under your agency's name, for a flat monthly price with no contract. Here's the opportunity, the five steps, and the free analysis that comes first.

Every agency owner has heard it from a client: "Could you also run our Google Ads?"

Most say no. Not because the client wouldn't pay, but because running Google Ads well takes daily work, and Google changes the rules every week.

Saying yes meant hiring a specialist, or learning the job yourself and hoping no client lost money while you did. So the client asks another agency instead, and that agency now has a way in with your client.

Bavian changes that. It's a frontier AI agent that runs each client's Google Ads account on autopilot, 24/7, under your agency's name.

You can connect a client's account today on Bavian's free plan and read an analysis of it before you pay anything.

The short version

  • Your clients are already asking. Most agencies already have clients who run Google Ads themselves and aren't happy with the results.
  • You don't need to hire anyone. Bavian creates the campaigns, writes the ads, sets the bids and runs the account 24/7.
  • It runs on autopilot. You connect the client's account, set a daily budget and switch it on. Bavian does the rest.
  • It checks every account every day. Bavian finds what's broken and fixes it in Google Ads. If something sits outside Google Ads, it tells you.
  • It works for every kind of client. Online stores, local services and B2B companies each get a strategy built for their products and their competition.
  • It carries your agency's name. With white-labelling switched on, every campaign Bavian creates is named after your agency, not Bavian.
  • The analysis is free. On the free plan, Bavian reads a client's account and writes up what's wrong. It changes nothing.
  • Running the account is paid. Autopilot, the plan where Bavian runs the account, costs $150 a month for three clients and $50 for each one after that. There's no contract.

Why this is an opportunity for your agency

You don't need a Google Ads specialist

Bavian already knows what a senior specialist knows: how to set up an account, which type of campaign suits which client, what to bid, which searches to stop paying for, and what Google changed last week.

It writes the ads from the client's own website, and sends each search to the page that answers it.

Before and after for a search for "emergency plumber near me". Before: an ad reading Northside Plumbing, Family Business Since 1987, Contact Us Today, that sends every click to the homepage and says nothing about emergencies. After: an ad reading Emergency Plumber 24/7, Burst Pipes and Blocked Drains, Licensed and Insured, sent to the emergency page, with extra headlines for no call-out fee, fixed prices, serving Northside and same-day repairs

It checks every account, every day

Google Ads is driven by algorithms and data. Every time someone searches, an auction decides which ads appear and what each click costs.

Every day, Bavian runs a health check on each client's account. It reads every search, click and sale, across millions of data points in the accounts it runs, and spots what's going wrong:

  • money spent on searches that don't sell
  • budget stuck in the wrong campaign
  • ads Google has rejected
  • sales that are no longer being counted

Then it fixes it in Google Ads and explains every change, so you can explain it to your client.

There's no software to learn. When you want something, you ask Bavian in plain English in its chat.

What Bavian did in one week in an example client's account: 46 searches blocked, $11 a day moved to what works, 3 ads rewritten, 1 tracking fix and 1 suggestion waiting for approval. Monday: phone-number taps no longer count as calls, and 31 searches such as "plumber salary" were blocked after costing $212 without a lead. Tuesday: ads now reach only people in the service area. Wednesday: 3 ads rewritten and emergency searches sent to the emergency page. Thursday: $11 a day moved to the emergency campaign, which brings calls at $38 each. Friday: 15 more searches blocked. Saturday: a new campaign for boiler installations, waiting for approval

It fits every client on your list

  • An online store needs product ads with pictures and prices.
  • A plumber needs phone calls from the right neighbourhoods.
  • A B2B company needs leads that turn into meetings.

Bavian reads each client's website and account and builds the strategy that fits.

You already have an advantage

Bavian reviewed 100 Google Ads accounts at random, and found the same problems again and again. In 98 of them, sales or leads weren't counted correctly.

Bavian fixes the part that sits in Google Ads. The rest usually sits on the client's website.

A Google Ads agency has to ask the web agency and wait. If you built the website, you can fix it the same day.

Bar chart of how many of 100 randomly chosen Google Ads accounts had at least one problem of each kind in Bavian's review: how sales or leads are counted 98, searches and keywords 94, ads 91, landing pages 81, bidding 68

You can be first

The agencies that grow in the next five years will be the ones that put AI to work for their clients first.

Other agencies will offer this sooner or later. The question is whether your clients hear about it from you, or from them.

Who pays what

  • Your client pays Google for the ads, with the card on their own Google Ads account. Bavian takes no share of it.
  • Your agency pays Bavian for Autopilot: $150 a month, excluding VAT, for the first three clients, and $50 a month for each one after that. You can cancel at any time.
  • Your client pays your agency a management fee that you set.

Five steps to your first client

1. Create a Google Ads manager account for your agency

A Google Ads manager account is one Google login that gives your agency access to all your clients' Google Ads accounts. It's free and takes five minutes.

2. Link your first client's account

Ask the client for their ten-digit Google Ads customer ID. Send them an invitation from your manager account, and they accept it in Google Ads. The account stays in the client's name.

If the client has no Google Ads account yet, create one for them from your manager account and add the client's card for payment. For online stores, see the Google Ads setup guide for online stores.

3. Read the free analysis

Sign up for Bavian's free plan at bavian.com. When Bavian asks you to connect Google Ads, sign in with the Google login you use for your manager account. Bavian then lists all your clients' accounts, and you choose the one you linked.

Within 10 to 25 minutes, Bavian writes up what's wrong with the account, the biggest problems first, and what it would fix first. On the free plan Bavian only reads the account. It changes nothing.

Show the analysis to the client. It's your sales pitch.

An example of the free analysis for a local plumbing company spending $2,100 a month on Google Ads. What's wrong, worst first: leads are counted wrong, because taps on the phone number count as calls, so Google Ads reports 41 calls a month when 11 were real; $380 a month goes on people who aren't buyers, such as "plumber salary"; $590 a month goes on people outside the service area; and every ad lands on the homepage. What Bavian would do first: count only real calls and forms, block 46 searches, show the ads only in the service area, and send emergency searches to the emergency page

4. Turn on Autopilot

When the client says yes, set a daily budget and click Turn on Autopilot. This starts your agency's subscription: $150 a month, which covers your first three clients. There's no free trial of Autopilot, and no contract either.

That's it. From here, Bavian builds the campaigns, writes the ads, runs the account and checks it every day.

It never spends more than the daily budget you set, and never raises it on its own. If you'd rather approve every change before it happens, you can switch Bavian to approval mode.

5. Add your next client

Add each new client's account under the same Bavian login. The second client takes less time than the first.

What you can charge for

How much time you spend is up to you. But clients don't pay for the daily work.

They pay for someone who is responsible for their ads, keeps an eye on them and gets things done when they ask. Bavian gives your agency work worth charging for:

  • Account management. Your monthly fee for being responsible for the client's ads. Ask Bavian "What changed this week?" and you have the answer for the client meeting.
  • Website fixes Bavian finds. Bavian's daily health check spots problems that sit on the client's website, such as sales or form submissions that aren't reported to Google Ads. Fixing them is paid work for your agency.
  • New campaigns. A sale, a new service, a new location. You agree it with the client, and Bavian builds the campaign in minutes.
  • Landing pages and product lists. Bavian shows where a web page, or the product list a store sends to Google, is holding the ads back. Fixing them is work you already sell.
  • Reporting. Bavian writes a short update every Monday and a monthly report in plain English, ready to share with your client.
  • Growth. When a bigger budget would pay off, Bavian tells you. That's your conversation with the client about growing the account.
What Bavian costs your agency each month: $150 for 3 clients, $250 for 5, $500 for 10 and $1,000 for 20, which is $50 per client. The ad spend is paid by each client to Google, and your management fee comes on top

Imagine your agency three months from now with ten clients on Google Ads. Bavian costs $500 a month for all ten.

Every fee those clients pay you is yours, and you haven't hired anyone.

No contract, on purpose

Autopilot costs a flat price every month, and there's no contract. You can cancel at any time, and Bavian keeps running the account until the end of the month you've paid for.

You stay in control: you can pause Bavian, ask it to wait for your approval, or lower the budget whenever you like.

Without a contract, Bavian has to earn its place every month.

Where to start this week

  1. Create a free Google Ads manager account for your agency.
  2. Link it to the Google Ads accounts of one or two clients who are already asking about Google Ads.
  3. Sign up for Bavian's free plan, connect Google Ads with your manager account's login, and choose one client's account. Bavian writes its analysis within 25 minutes.
  4. Show the analysis to the client. When they say yes, turn on Autopilot in Bavian.

You don't have to decide about Google Ads for your whole agency today. Start with one client account. The analysis is free whether or not you go further.
